Our town recently had a hail/windstorm, I do not see any damage, could I possibly have damage to my roof?  Absolutely, oftentimes damage from hail will not be visible right away.  If you would like to have an inspection of your roof, please contact our office to schedule. 

What Does A New Roof Cost?   There are many key points that come into play when figuring out the cost of having your roof replaced.  The price depends on the number of squares, how many layers of existing roof materials are on your roof currently, as well as if there is chimneys and skylights.  Feel free to contact our office today to discuss setting up a free estimate.  

Does My Homeowner’s Insurance Cover the storm-related damage to my home? –    Depending on your policy coverage, most insurance policies will cover your storm-related damage. Depending on the extent of the damage they may approve up to a full replacement of roof, siding, or your windows and doors.    

How long will it take to do my roof installation?  Most installations are completed in 1 day, however there are times when we may need to return the next day to complete them.  This can be confirmed upon completing an inspection.  

Do you shingle over existing shingles when doing a roof installation?    No, we remove all existing roofing material, taking everything off so that we can inspect the decking to insure we have a secure nailable surface.

Is my inspection free? We do not charge for an inspection, we will come out, access the area of damage, and prepare an estimate for you.

Can you provide an estimate without an inspection? We would prefer to do an on-site inspection as there are many factors that need to be addressed in being able to provide an accurate estimate.

Will you meet with my insurance adjuster?  If you or your adjuster would like for us to meet them onsite we would be more than happy to do so.
